Working with you
Living up to our co-design principles, we invite representatives from each sector to join our expert panels to review early findings from the insights surveys. They work with us to ensure the issues that matter to you are addressed. In addition, we use your feedback to improve our service so we can continue to develop the digital experience insights service to best meet your needs.
Don't just take our word for it... hear what some of the organisations who have been involved in the pilots have to say:
The overall impact of running the insights service for our institution is significant. The service has given us a source of evidence which we have used to build business cases, secure investment and lead transformation - safe in the knowledge that the transformation is being led by the student voice and student expectation.
Project lead: Richard Aird, head of customer service, information services, The University of Stirling (participant in 2018 open pilot of both student and staff digital experience insights survey)
When a thousand students take time to provide you with feedback, you know that the issues are important. The findings from the 2017 Jisc digital tracker project are timely – Durham is implementing a new education strategy and this survey will help us design a new digital learning environment.
Pro-vice chancellor (education), Durham University (participant in 2017 pilot of student digital experience insights survey)
Use of the insights service is a must. It helps you to validate what you are doing, identify areas of strength and where you can improve. The insights data enables me to be responsive and to work towards providing the best possible experience for learners and staff.
Project lead: Conrad Taylor, e-learning manager, quality, City of Wolverhampton College (participant in 2018 open pilot of both student and staff digital experience insights survey)
Thanks to the Student Digital Experience Tracker we can better understand the needs and demands of our students. They have sent us a clear message about the importance they attach to digital skills which they see as helpful to learning and key to their professional future.
